How to Include a New Style Sheet in Zen Cart

If you want more than one style sheet to be included with every page, create the new style sheet in "includes/templates/mytemplate/css/". For some god-only-knows-why reason, the name has to begin with "style", so call it something like "styleMyNewStyleSheet.css".
